Adam: Is it ok if we keep a minimum of one chord in each bar? The only reason is because for the chord charts there will be empty spaces which some may find confusing. I agree that for the sheet music this would be the ideal. Sorry, I will get this tutorial document written up this weekend where all these points can be added to!
